Prototyping is the first step in the transition from design to real-life construction. Based on the detailed 3D design from the Design & Engineering phase, we create a prototype. This manufacturing process is closely monitored to ensure that the prototype completely matches the design.
Next, the prototype is thoroughly tested. First, validation takes place against the previously established criteria (specifications) from the Design & Engineering phase. This is followed by the Customer Acceptance phase: the entire prototype is subjected to a Factory Acceptance Test. This checks whether it meets all the defined requirements set by the users.
Deficiencies or defects revealed in this testing phase are adjusted in the 3D design.
Our approach to Prototyping focuses on delivering prototypes that not only meet all expectations but also provide a solid foundation for further development.
